Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. I cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, I am unable to refund or replace the order. 

Every care is taken to package each piece with plenty of bubble wrap in sturdy boxes, in the unlikely event that a piece arrives damaged, this must be reported within 5 days of delivery, with photos of both the packaging and the artwork.

Colours can sometimes vary very slightly from what you see onscreen due to different screen settings.
