Crafted at the Pulteney Distillery in the rugged coastal town of Wick in the far north of Scotland, this vintage is matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels to give a fine single malt with smooth, complex flavours and coastal characteristics.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Vanilla sweetness with hints of zestt lemon and green apples, rounded off with a distinct maritime note.
Taste: Freshly ground spices open up to notes of toffee and coconut. The finish is full bodied with a warm, long lasting finish.
