Players control local factions on Plum Island, coordinating movement, actions, and defenses as Horrors push toward the seaside town of Greenport. The game blends tactical unit management with tower-defense pressure, using variable turn order, Fate Cards, Event Cards, and risky Follow actions to keep each round tense. Each of the six player factions has its own strengths, weaknesses, leader, basic units, and compound, giving teams different tools for evacuation and containment. Solo players control two factions, while 2–4 player games adjust activation cubes to scale the fight. This 3rd Printing is identical to the 2nd Printing except for corrected known errata.
