Followed instructions to prep the pieces with oil. Been using on stove top almost everyday. Haven’t tried putting in oven yet. Non-stick but work very well on browning: chicken wings, shrimps, meat, onions….. After cooking, let them cool completely, then very easy to clean with soft sponge. Just have to use silicone cookware to avoid scratching.
