- Ideal for: Dolce Vita Superfino Arborio rice is ideal for making creamy and flavorful risotto, Rice pudding, Arancini, Paella, soups and stew. Try with traditional Italian Rice pudding. Use for rice puddings, rice salads, and rice-based desserts.
- Ingredient: Arborio Rice
- Cooking Instructions: 1 cup of Dolce Vita Superfino Arborio Rice, 4 cups of water or vegetable broth, 1 tbsp. of olive oil/butter, pinch of salt, 1 cup sliced mushroom, 1 chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, fresh parsley for garnish. Preparation: Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add Dolce Vita Arborio Rice and stir for 1 minute. Gradually pour in vegetable broth or wate, stir occasionally until absorbed. Add sliced mushroom and continue adding broth or water as needed, cook until rice is tender and creamy. Stir in grated parmesan cheese and let it melt into the risotto. Serve hot, garnish with fresh parsley.

good ball, wrong color

I think the hot-ee roller is a great ball! My problem is that there is no option to select a color. I thought I was getting a purple one, since that is what is shown in the picture. As usual, I failed to read that it was assorted colors. I have a peculiar little dog that will only play with the purple one. His current purple one is in tatters. You could hardly even call it a ball at this point. We have red, blue and green and they are invisible to him.

Stains easily. Tight for men's size 11 feet

Husband wore dark cotton socks over these gel foot covers overnight and the covers picked up color from the socks. Tried hand washing, even dabbing with a bleach soaked paper towel, but the stains remained. The covers are a bit tight for men's size 11. Edit: After a few more hand washings the stains began to fade. However one tore around the leg opening when taking it off.
