Each bowl is typically tuned to a specific note or chakra, allowing for a variety of tones and frequencies to be explored. Perfect for chakra healing, adjusting our emotional state, meditation, yoga and sound therapy.
Please Note: Each of our singing bowls is handcrafted, so you may notice tiny bubbles or fine black particles, which are a natural part of the crafting process. These characteristics do not impact the sound quality of the bowls; instead, they contribute to their individual uniqueness.
Instructions for Use:
1. Place the crystal bowl on a rubber ring, then position it on a flat and sturdy surface.
2. Divide the rim of the crystal bowl into three equal sections, then lightly tap the rim at each of these points.
3. Use a leather stick to gently rub the rim of the bowl clockwise, along the edge of the bowl, to increase the duration and volume of the sound.
