This 2019 Selection Chardonnay is absolutely superb. 100% handpicked. 100% whole bunch pressed and fermented in our finest French oak barrels including 27% new oak (this relatively high % of new oak is largely due to the immense level of concentration of our 2019 Chardonnay juice.) The wine spent 10 months in barrel and was stirred regularly softening the wine and giving it lots of lovely leesy complexity.
