The Spa Cover 2000 x 2000 R300 is a genuine, factory‑authorized replacement hardcover designed specifically for Vortex™ Mercury spa models. Built for long‑term outdoor durability, this insulated cover helps maintain water temperature, reduce heating costs, and protect your spa from UV exposure, debris, and weather damage.
This model features a tapered 100–60mm high‑density foam core, improving water runoff and preventing sagging. The R300 insulation rating provides strong thermal efficiency, making it ideal for year‑round use. The exterior is constructed from UV‑resistant marine‑grade vinyl with reinforced stitching for maximum longevity.
Two clip configurations exist for Mercury models:
• Pre‑2015 V1 – side‑mount clips only (confirmed by Spa World)
• 2015+ V2 – corner + side clips (fits the 2.0 x 2.0m standard cover)
This cover matches the 2000 x 2000mm footprint used across multiple Vortex, Fisher, and Sun & Soul spas.
