The C2 2.0 may look familiar, but under the hood, everything has changed. Dramatically improving thermal efficiency has resulted in higher power and light output. Choose Your Power Level. The C2 2.0 LED pod is now available in sport, pro, and max power levels. All options use high-intensity, automotive-grade LED emitters, and TIR optics for unmatched output. Focused Performance. Our patented TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics in the C2 2.0 have been re-engineered for up to 120% more intensity and more usable light output compared to the C2 1.0. The TIR optics harness all of the light from the LED and direct it precisely where you need it. Each beam pattern has been fine-tuned for real-world conditions to perform even better than before. Backlight Functionality. These C2 2.0 LED Pods include a distinctive amber backlight, which serves as a low-power accent light. Like the dissolvable feature

Cardiologist recommended one tablet nightly 30 minutes before bed to protect the lungs from covid. His other recommendations were standard protocol. Had never heard of this but know that melatonin is supposed to help with sleep. Had tried melatonin for sleep, at higher strength, but effect wore off after a week. Suprisingly, this seems to help with sleep as well. Large count at reasonable price.

Sleep aid that helpd.
Flavor Name: Peppermint
I purchased these because I understand that the natural production of melatonin decreases drastically after the age of 40. I have been using another brand that much more expensive for a lower dosage.
I read the other reviews and decided to give these a try. I have been taking them for about 30 days. I think, I have a good understanding of the pills.
It appears that the other brand had a more consistent effect. They sublingual and you would feel drowsy after about 20 minutes. These are slow desolve and take effect after 30 minutes or so.
My only issue was consistency. I would say that 90% of the time I would be drowsy. Once or twice a month they would have a minimal effect. They are a stronger dose, 5 mg versus 3 mg of the other product. They are less expensive and they work most of the time.
