A full bodied, rich style of Chardonnay which is classic of the Gisborne region. This wine displays fruit driven aromas of apricot and melon, a textural palate balanced with buttery notes, and rounded off with toasty oak characteristics.

Sourced from Patutahi and Manutuke Gisborne Sub Regions to produce a wine combines the best attributes of both. Patutahi the warmer inland site of clay and silt soils produce wines with good texture and body, and then in combination with the more coastal Manutuke well-drained sandy soils that produce finely-textured aromatic wines.

This Classic Gisborne Chardonnay exhibiting the ‘big, bold and buttery’ characters is made with as little winemakers intervention as possible to showcase the ‘old school style’ of wines that we believe express the region best.

Food Pairing: The Last Shepherd Chardonnay is a great food wine and is ideally matched to Seafood, poultry and lighter game dishes particularly where an element of creaminess, is included in the dish.

You just got to have it in your collection.

The smell of ink and paper from a brand new book is always worth it. This is the kind of book most would recommend taking to the park on a day off. It came fast and im happy with it.

A timeless guide to spiritual perfection
Format: Kindle
A classic book on spiritual perfection and how to achieve it. The metaphors may be set in the past, but there is enough commonality with the present that this generation can still understand what this great Saint is communicating. He only makes one mistake: Spiritual perfection is not a possibility only for monks; lay people can achieve it as well. This is a book that all can profit from, whether one is just beginning to climb or is near the top.
