The outer shell uses M-Series Omni-Stretch 450D polyester with HydrX 20K laminate providing 20,000mm waterproof protection and 8,000g breathability. Reinforced 840D Nylon Hitena panels at shoulders and elbows provide durability in high-wear zones. The ACMT Dual Layer system manages climate control and prevents condensation buildup between layers. Total insulation reaches 270g—150g F.A.S.T. 4.0 perforated insulation in the shell body plus a removable Thermal Dry Active Liner with 120g Thermal Flex fill. The seam-sealed ACMT lining system includes integrated venting. The Dry Vent System features snowproof and moisture-resistant vents at chest, biceps, and side body with heavy-duty waterproof zippers. Heavy-duty YKK #8 Vislon front zipper and YKK zippers at hand pockets provide reliable closure. Suregrip forearm inserts improve grip control. Adjustable features at the windskirt, collar, hem, and cuffs with lycra extension allow riders to customize fit and seal out cold air during winter riding sessions.
