Clean and bright, the nose is intense and offers sweet aromas of ripe red fruit (strawberry) and black fruit (black plum), lifted by a subtle hint of violet. On the palate, it’s youthful, fresh, and cheerful. Very fruity, echoing the same ripe red and black fruit notes. Balanced, pleasant in texture, and finishing long with a distinctly fruity aftertaste.
Food Pairing: It pairs beautifully with ham, Spanish potato omelettes, and also works well with fried fish and seafood.
