Mette Truffle Eau de Vie Fruit Spirit 45% 500mlBlack truffles from Perigord are harvested in winter. After maceration in our wine brandy, they are distilled once in our copper pot stills. Our truffle spirit is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. Consume it as a digestive at 13c in a tulip glass. Colour: transparent, clear.
