The SBR-3020 3-in-1 combination machine is perfect for small shops that have low production runs or have a lot of one off projects. It combines a metal shear, press brake and slip roll into one machine that uses up little floor space. The SBR-3020 has the capacity to work up to 20 gauge mild steel and 16 gauge aluminum in widths up to 30 inches wide.
The vertical press brake portion of the SBR-3020 has a maximum bend angle of 90 degrees with adjustable fingers on the top beam to easily assist with making any size boxes. The slip roll portion has three wire grooves, and can form rolls down to 1.54” in diameter. For shearing a handy spring assist hold down helps reduce deformation of the cut. To round out this package a handy back gauge is included for repeatability.
