Manticores are particularly ferocious even amongst the creatures of Chaos, warped and unnatural predators that take to the sky on leathery wings. Stubborn and territorial beasts who will launch themselves at any challenger, manticores can be ridden only by those Chaos Lords with sufficient raw strength and force of will to dominate their monstrous mounts. Those who succeed find their killing power greatly amplified, soaring into battle and spurring their steed into a murderous frenzy.

This multipart plastic kit builds a Chaos Lord on Manticore – a mighty champion of darkness, mounted on a winged mutant behemoth with a barbed tail and a terrifying leonine appearance. Clad in baroque armour and a furred cloak, the Chaos Lord can be armed with a daemon blade or spiked flail, as well as a Chaos lance, runeshield, or daggerfist. The Manticore can be built with a choice of two different tails and two different manes, while the Chaos Lord also comes with a choice of bare head or helmet.

This kit can alternatively build a Chaos Sorcerer Lord on Manticore – a master of forsaken magics, with a steed bound to their dark will.

This kit comprises 62 plastic components, and is supplied with a Citadel 120x92mm Oval Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
