ELEF Halloumi is lightly salted & made with farm fresh, indigenous cow milk. High in protein, calcium & low in lactose, this versatile cheese tastes fantastic in sandwiches, burgers & salads.
Serve it with a dry white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or a Chenin Blanc.
