"Made from 100% pinot noir, this fabulously sweet wine offers raspberry coulis, rockmelon and subtle spice notes on the nose, combined with succulent palate delivering gorgeous sweetness and creamy mouthfeel. It’s brilliantly countered by juicy acidity, finishing delicious and lingering. At its best: now to 2025" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jun 2021

"Bright, blush-pink with a salmon hue, even colour throughout. The bouquet is elegant with a dusty fragrance of peach, berries and fig, interweave subtle florals. Medium-bodied, sweet to taste, honey overlay strawberries, peach and candied citrus, fig and subtle cherry blossoms unfold. The wine is clean and refreshing, with 120 g/l RS, supported by balanced acidity and uncloying. Attractive berries and peach characters are the features of this wine. Match with baked camembert and panna cotta over the next 5 years. 100% late-harvested Pinot Noir, fermented in stainless steel to 10% alc, 120 g/l RS. Vegan friendly" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan, Jun 2021

100% Pinot Noir grapes were late harvested on 3rd June 2020 allowing them time to ripen fully and produce a considerable amount of sugar. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The ferment was then stopped to retain a residual sugar of 120g/l. It has attractive aromas of peach, fig and candy floss on the nose. Intense flavours of strawberries, pineapple and caramalised citrus on the palate. This wine is a perfect match with desserts or cheeses and can be enjoyed on its own.

Food Pairing: This wine is a perfect match with desserts or cheeses and can be enjoyed on its own.

Ben Solo’s fall is tragic
Format: Paperback
We don’t know much about Ben Solo’s past, but this comic explains a little bit more about why he is the way he is. It also explains that he didn’t do all the things he himself implies in TLJ. It’s a story of a young man who is lost because those he is supposed to trust betray him, which is exactly what Snoke/Palpatine want. It shows he didn’t really have a choice in the path he took and it makes his redemption at the end of the saga powerful, even if the last movie itself destroys the myth of Star Wars. I love knowing that Rey and Ben have always had a connection and I hope that is something explored more deeply in Episode X when they bring Ben back.

Answers a lot of questions
Format: Kindle
I enjoyed this story. This fills in a lot of gaps left open from the sequel trilogy, and the artwork was pretty cool. Excellent coloring and layout.

No Good Guys Here!
Format: Paperback
The Crime Syndicate are my favorite DC villains. However, I'm happy when their Justice League counterparts defeat them. I should have known this wouldn't be the case with their own title. It's interesting how the stories can still engage the reader knowing that the CS won't be sent back to their home base with their tails between their legs. All in all a very good read.

Crime Syndicate is an addictive pleasure!
Format: Kindle
Alternate realities have always been my favorite science fiction staple, and Crime Syndicate is no ption. My favorite character is Atomica because of how easily she gets things done when everyone else overlooks her. I'll definitely read more stories from writer Andy Schmidt.
