How to use:
Roll on pulse points, temples, wrists, neck, or bottom of feet. For external use only. Keep away from eyes, inside ears and mucous membranes to prevent irritation. You can use the roller oils on bottoms of feet, neck, behind ears, wrists, temples, chest, spine/back and belly. You can roll on your wrists, rub them together and breathe in for 10 seconds.
