Tylenol Muscle & Body caplets feature a unique bi-layer design. The first layer dissolves quickly to deliver fast pain relief, while the second layer is time-released to provide extended relief that lasts for hours. This two-in-one approach helps you get through your day without being slowed down by pain.

Dosage:
Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 extended-release caplets every 8 hours, as required. Swallow the caplet whole with water on an empty stomach. Do not crush, chew, or dissolve the caplet.
Do not take more than 4000 mg (6 caplets) in 24 hours.
