"Full, deep ruby-red with a faint hint of garnet, lighter on edge. The wine has a full and powerful bouquet, rich aromas of bramble, cherries enriched by an amalgam of spice, medicinal herbs and smoke. Full-bodied, dark chocolate coasted bramble and cherries, unfolding spices, prune and a hint of smoky oak. The bright acidity enlivens the rich, dark chocolate grained tannins draw a long, savoury finish. A succulent, red-fruited Pinotage with lively acidity, spice and dark chocolate palate. Match with lamb stew and smoked brisket over the next 3-4 years. This Pinotage is deeply coloured with richness of red fruit aromas and wild game, blueberries and a gamey earthy balance. A smooth rich palate, displaying dark fruits, berries and hints of plum with extended tannins and dark chocolate.
