Marmoleum Cinch LOC Seal is made primarily from healthy, natural, and renewable resources and features inherent antistatic and antimicrobial properties that repel dust and dirt, making it easy to clean and reducing exposure to allergens, while inhibiting the breeding of harmful organisms. This naturally healthy, waterproof flooring consists of linoleum mounted onto HDF with a cork backing for a warm, comfortable, quiet flooring solution. This flooring is waterproof, handling life's daily messes.

Panels and squares are approximately 9.8 mm thick and are sold by carton with 7 per carton (equivalent to 20.34 square feet for panels and 6.78 square feet for squares) and can be used alone or in combination of panels & squares.

Sizes/Dimensions

Marmoleum Cinch LOC Seal is an ecologically produced, natural linoleum on HDF with a cork layer, that comes in approx. sizes of 11.8 x 35.4 inch panels (actual size 300 x 900 mm) and 11.8 x 11.8-inch squares (actual size 300 x 300 mm). Its unique construction with the patented click system, combined with a broad color palette, give you a naturally cozy flooring.

A Note on Color

Due to the way it's made, don't be surprised if your Marmoleum Cinch LOC Seal has a yellowish tint on it when it is delivered. This is oxidized linseed oil, which can color the surface in the final stage of manufacturing. The tint will disappear (usually within 24 hours) as soon as your floor is exposed to the light. Also, because linoleum is a natural product, there may be slight color and structural differences between production batches, samples, and the delivered goods.

Care and Maintenance

Marmoleum is extremely durable and simple to care for. The smooth surface is easy to clean - a dry-cloth sweeper for dust and a neutral cleaner and damp cloth for any spots - while thanks to the way it is made, its beautiful colors won't fade. Because Marmoleum is a natural product, it reaches room temperature quickly, ensuring your house is snug and warm. It can even be used with underfloor heating.

Marmoleum Cinch LOC SEAL has a strong, durable protective top layer – Topshield pro. This innovation from Forbo ensures a highly effective shield against dirt and scuff marks. Marmoleum with Topshield pro is ready for use immediately following installatioheory, but only Marmoleum with Topshield works well in the real world, where staining agents do not get removed in time, dirt and grit do not get cleaned up regularly, and your non-renewable finish gets permanent stains and scratches.
