Design and Wear:

Green Tourmaline Claw Pendant is a small sterling silver talisman shaped around heart energy, growth, and grounded abundance. The Green Tourmaline brings a natural forest-like presence, carrying depth, vitality, and a quiet connection to the living world.

Instead of a simple four-prong setting, this design uses multiple prongs, usually between six and ten, to hold the stone more securely. This gives the pendant a stronger and more protective structure while keeping the crystal visible and open.

The hammered silver texture gives the piece a rugged handmade surface, while the oxidized finish adds depth and an old-world feel. Compact enough for daily wear, this pendant can be worn alone or layered with other crystal pieces.

This pendant can be worn as a Heart Chakra talisman, Green Tourmaline necklace, prosperity charm, Capricorn gift, abundance pendant, grounding piece, or meaningful jewelry for someone drawn to growth, compassion, and handmade oxidized silver.

Stone Insights:

Green Tourmaline:

Green Tourmaline, also known as Verdelite, is a boron silicate mineral known for its rich green colour, natural crystal structure, and strong connection with heart energy. Its green tone can range from soft leafy shades to deep forest hues, often carrying a grounded and vital mineral presence.

Spiritually, Green Tourmaline is connected with compassion, balance, positive transformation, healing, strength, growth, abundance, and creativity. It resonates strongly with the Heart Chakra, supporting emotional renewal, confidence, and a deeper connection with nature. Its zodiac association includes Capricorn, giving the pendant a grounded, steady, and growth-focused energy.

Combined Energy:

This pendant carries the focused energy of Green Tourmaline and oxidized silver. Green Tourmaline brings heart healing, vitality, and abundance, while the darkened claw frame adds grounding, protection, and raw handmade strength. The result is a compact talisman for emotional steadiness, prosperity, and quiet inner growth.

Origin and Authenticity:

Made with certified 925 sterling silver and natural Green Tourmaline selected for colour, shape, texture, and visual presence. Stones may show small variations, inclusions, surface details, or natural differences that make each pendant unique.

Sizing and Fit Notes:

This pendant comes with an adjustable black cotton necklace. It can also be paired with fine silver chains, oxidized chains, snake chains, leather cords, chokers, or custom necklace options depending on the desired look. Exact measurements can be added if available.

Care and Maintenance:

Sterling silver naturally develops patina over time when exposed to air, moisture, and skin oils. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear. Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in an airtight pouch or jewelry box. Avoid perfume, chlorine, household cleaners, swimming, bathing, and intense physical activity while wearing the piece.

Green Tourmaline should be protected from hard knocks, rough storage, ultrasonic cleaners, chemical dips, prolonged moisture, and abrasive polishing compounds. For oxidized finishes, avoid polishing darker textured areas if you want to preserve the aged look.

Packaging and Gifting:

Gift-ready packaging is included. Each order is packed securely with care. A small gift and discount code may be included with your order.

Customer Support:

If you would like more detailed photos, videos, styling guidance, or extra information before purchasing, please send a direct message. Extra images and answers can be provided.

Custom Orders:

Custom pieces generally start at AUD $250. This claw frame design can be recreated with different stones at the same base price, except when a rarer or more valuable stone is chosen or the design is changed.

Available finish options include oxidized silver or shiny silver on request. 18k gold plating starts from AUD $25 and usually requires 3 to 5 working days for processing.

This is a must read for ALL writers, not just fiction writers!
Format: Paperback
This is a must read for ALL writers, not just fiction writers! Although, in places, a bit technical, for any writer, not just new writers, for anyone who wants to master their craft, this is a must read book. What can be said about Gardner that hasn't been said yet? One of the best books on writing about writing that I have read. Comparable to Stephen King's, On Writing. Yes, it is that good. In Part I Gardner lays out a compelling treatise about the genre of fiction, what it is and why it is important. In Part II he discusses the how-to of writing good fiction, where he talks about common errors, technique and plotting at length. One of the benefits from reading The Art of Fiction is that it gives the reader a crash course in literature, who many of us that come from a Science, Technical, Engineering and Math (STEM) background are sorely lacking in. This said a writer who has grown up in the sciences, or engineering, or business worlds will find this book very useful in "catching up" a bit to our friends who have read all of classics and can retell significant scenes as though they were there. Again, this is a must (must) read for ALL writers, not just fiction writers.

Helpful
Format: Hardcover
The book itself is excellent, very helpful with lots of specific information. I was disappointed (one star) that the used hardcover edition I ordered arrived as the paperback edition, though in very good condition.

Simply what any serious would-be writer must know.
Format: Kindle
I am a writer only in the sense that I write daily and believe that I do have that ineffable "it"; I do not, however, have any formal writing training. I say all of this to make clear that anyone, literally, can read and understand this book, gaining invaluable knowledge about the craft of writing. Some of the less effulgent reviews of this title have pointed to the "pompousness" of Prof. Gardner and his supposed sesquipedalian loquaciousness as reasons for hopeful writers to search-out more simplistic guides. I disagree emphatically. I truly believe that this book holds the keys to unlocking the divide between the good and great writer, particularly for those of us who have not had access to the best educational opportunities. Personally, I want to be a great writer. Not a good writer, not a successful, or published, or wealthy writer: a great writer. I want to move people to think about things in ways that they never would have, maybe without even knowing that their ideals are changing; I want to move people! To write like that one needs, me thinks, the guidance of one with an intimate knowledge of how this is properly -and not so properly- done, and the "arrogance" to believe he can convey this understanding, even to we ignoramuses. This is what I have found in Prof. Gardner and this wonderful tome. Distracters may feel free to criticize my review as they wish. I stand by my opinion of this book and its Author.

I Recommend It, But Not Much
Format: Paperback
This book is recommended in SELF-EDITING FOR THE FICTION WRITER, a book I have read twice and enjoyed a great deal. I had to give Gardner a try. This is a tough review to write because I can't say this is a fantastic book to help one write fiction. At the same time, there is little or nothing said that I disagree with. So, what's the problem? My confusion starts with my expectations when reading a book about writing. It's a situation where I want to gain information and hints on how to write better, without being bombarded by direction on how to write. This criteria has served me well and I've found a number of writing books that made me write or want to write better; SELF-EDITION FOR THE FICTION WRITER is one, THE FICTION WRITER'S WORKSHOP is another. Judging by that, this book didn't pass muster. Rather than coming away with a new awareness of what I want to include or exclude from my own work, I'm left feeling like I've been having coffee with an experienced author full of sweeping opinions on craft. He's crafty in one way, his ability to pull me in with the sense of being an insider, watching other fiction writers through thick glass. He uses a lot of lines like "The writer who can't distinguish truth from a peanut-butter sandwich can never write good fiction. What he affirms, we deny, throwing away his book in indignation..." The implication isn't about writers of bad fiction so much as it is about 'us', him and I, being partnered in our unique ability to indignantly recognize a lousy writer. In fact, we're pretty decent to only discard the book when we're entitled to exact creative justice on its sloppy author. Still, and here's the rub, it isn't a bad read. Don't skip an hour of writing to sit down with this book but if you're between projects and have the time, I'd recommend it.
