Designed to meet FM, CE, and NFPA 30 requirements, the Toxic Chemical Storage Cabinet 60 Gallon / 227 Litre provides secure containment for toxic, poison, and hazardous materials.
Laboratories, industrial facilities, and research environments handle various chemicals that require proper storage to prevent contamination and ensure safety. Toxic substances must be stored in dedicated cabinets that maintain structural strength and corrosion resistance.
SAI-U® toxic chemical storage cabinets are manufactured from 1.2 mm high-quality galvanized steel and finished with an epoxy-polyester powder coating, providing a strong, durable structure with excellent corrosion resistance. The cabinet includes double-walled construction with a 38 mm air gap, two fireproof vents, and stainless steel anti-corrosion hinges that allow the doors to open fully at 180°.
The 60-gallon model is available in two variants: manual-closing (SD0060W) and self-closing 95° (SD2060W). Both versions are equipped with two shelves and comply with all listed safety standards.
STANDARDS & COMPLIANCE
SAI-U® FM Standard Safety Cabinets have earned both FM and CE Certification, and meet the OSHA 29 CER 1910.106 standard set by the United States Occupation Safety and Health Administration(OSHA), the NFPA 30 standard set by the American National Fire Protection Association(NFPA) as well as the Regulations on the Safety Administration of Dangerous Chemicals set by China State Administration of Work Safety.
