This hose is not as durable as advertised. First time I used it and didn't work. The hose itself was slit or had some other issue with the band inside because water leaked through the hose and did not reach the nozzle. Update: I wrote to the manufacturer of the hose, Pocket Hose, regarding the defective hose. On May 30, 2026, they agreed to replace my hose under their warranty. On June 2, 2026, I received an email from them stating they recently updated their warranty policy to 30 days, and my notice was outside their 30-day warranty period. I then received an email from the seller of the hose, Bulb Head offering me a full refund on the hose. Something the manufacturer would not do. All I wanted was a replacement. I am changing my rating for the seller to 5 Stars for standing behind the sale of their product. Thank you, Bulb Head!

However, 13 months later, the hose split overnight, leaking an unknown amount of water to the street and eliminating water pressure in our house. Once we found the leak, we contacted the company. We were told there was a 30 day warranty and that our product was no longer covered. I’m not sure what product would break down in 30 days! I was asked if I could be compensated at all and they said no, there are discounts on the website. I will never buy this product through this company again as their customer service is lacking. Nothing was offered as a personal discount for their defective product.
