Sheeva 9 is the narrowest in this group of skis designed to Freeride the entire mountain.  Although not as wide as her bigger sisters, this is a ski that is capable of good performance off trail in normal amounts of overnight snow fall.  And then, because of its overall narrower width, this is the best, tightest carver of all the Sheeva choices on groomers.  DRT metal component offers quite good edge hold under foot when the snow is firm, and generous amounts of tip and tail rocker give the ski a softer, easier, and more forgiving feel when skiing the deeper stuff.  No other ski on the market combines all of these characteristics into a one quiver ski better than Sheeva 9
