Most of the sets are solid or colored so there is no need to expect a change at all, but some have clear transparent bottoms that will turn amber. I write this because some of our chess sets may not sell for a year or two and the photos are taken when the item is listed online. Meaning the photos will have slight difference. My 2.5 year old loves the illustrations
This is a sweet story with really interesting visuals. My daughter loves looking at all the details on the pages and talking about the colors, and designs, etc. as we move through the story. Very sweet.
