Reproduction of Minimal Panel II Teal by Chris Paschke
Chris Paschke — "Minimal Panel II Teal" is a compelling example of contemporary minimalism that engages with the legacy of mid-century abstract expressionism while asserting a distinct modern sensibility. The work aligns with the lineage of artists who prioritize gesture and materiality, yet it departs from the overt dynamism of action painting by embracing stillness and restraint. Compositionally, the piece is governed by a deliberate asymmetry, with a large, organic mass of black occupying the upper left quadrant, balanced by a series of teal washes that suggest fluidity and movement. This arrangement creates a dynamic tension that is both visually arresting and harmonious, guided by the principle of negative space as an active compositional element. The color palette—dominated by a deep, cool teal and a near-black that retains subtle textural variations—exhibits a sophisticated use of value and saturation, enhancing the work’s atmospheric depth. The technique appears to involve layered applications of pigment, possibly watercolor or ink, resulting in a surface that is both matte and richly textured. Historically, the work resonates with the post-war American abstract movement’s exploration of non-representational forms, while also echoing the Japanese aesthetic of wabi-sabi through its emphasis on simplicity and the beauty of the imperfect. In its quiet power and refined execution, "Minimal Panel II Teal" stands as a testament to the enduring appeal of minimal abstraction as a form of visual poetry. For more art by Chris Paschke click here.

Almost perfect
Great for sublimation but it is thin. Only 0.2cm if it is 0.3cm it would be perfect. I will get 0.3cm next time. Not this one.

Fantastic color and clarity! AAA+
Work amazingly well! Sublimation print was done on Epson 170 printer. 375 degrees for 60 seconds medium press. Love it! Easy to use, superb print quality and a great value for the money. They have a nice nonslip bottom.

The best!
This is by far the best sublimation ink! I’ve tried other brands and this is the most vibrant and cheaper than most!
