Der 4000 Elegant Table ist ein moderner und stilvoller Esstisch im nordischen Design von Farstrup Furniture. Der Tisch besteht aus 25 mm starkem Leimholz mit abgerundeten Ecken und lackierten Kantenleisten. Die Tischbeine sind aus massiver Eiche, spitz zulaufend und abgeschrägt. Sie werden in eleganten Metallwinkeln an der Oberseite befestigt, entweder in schwarzer Pulverbeschichtung (Standard) oder weiß.

Dank seines stilvollen Aussehens fügt sich der Tisch harmonisch in nahezu alle Inneneinrichtungen ein und kann auch problemlos mit den meisten Stühlen kombiniert werden, zum Beispiel mit Stag W oder Stag S von Farstrup.

Die Standardhöhe beträgt 74 cm (inkl. Tischplatte), kann aber auf Wunsch gegen Aufpreis verkürzt werden.
Um die Eleganz des Tisches zu unterstreichen, wird standardmäßig Nano-Laminat in 4 verschiedenen Farben oder Linoleum in 3 verschiedenen Farben gewählt (siehe Spezifikationen).

Die Flexibilität des Tisches zeigt sich auch in der Möglichkeit, verschiedene Sonderausstattungen zu erwerben (siehe Spezifikationen)

As context, I've underwritten about 100 deals and attended some basic underwriting classes. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
