Bei der Fliegertruppe entstand Ende der 50er Jahre die Idee, ein Vorführteam der Flugwaffe, bestehend aus Berufspiloten zu gründen. Das damalige Überwachungsgeschwader erhielt den Auftrag, zwei Doppelpatrouillen dahingehend auszubilden. Der Formation wurden vier Hunter Mk.58 aus den eigenen Beständen zur Verfügung gestellt. Anlässlich der Landesausstellung 1964 fanden in der ganzen Schweiz Vorstellungen des Teams statt, dass sich ab diesem Datum Patrouille Suisse nannte. Von Jahr zu Jahr steigerte sich der Bekanntheitsgrad, sodass 1970 eine fünfte Maschine dazukam um mehr Formationen zu fliegen. Acht Jahre später gesellte sich der sechste Hunter dazu. Die auffällige rot/weisse Bemalung an der Unterseite wurde erst 1991, anlässlich der 700-Jahr-Feier der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft angebracht. Doch der dreissigjährige Lebenszyklus der Hunter Staffel neigte sich bereits dem Ende zu. Drei Jahre später wurden die Maschinen ausgemustert und durch den Tiger F-5E ersetzt.

Why Spend More!
Color: Lucky, Size: One Dozen
For older golfers with slower swing speeds like me, these are a very good option. They do have a nice soft feel whether you’re driving, hitting an iron, chipping or putting. Distance is as good as much higher priced golf balls too. I’m not going to spend $50-$60 for a premium ball that doesn’t produce any better results. As a bogey golfer, these are plenty good enough.

Comfortable Fit, Great for Adding Intensity to Workouts
