Die Qualität der einzelnen Schoten ist Grade A und somit hervorragend.
Sie sind frisch und feucht.
Die Länge der Vanilleschoten sind unterschiedlich und sie wurden nicht exakt kalibriert. In einer 50g Packung sind ca. 10 Stück

Länge: Die Vanilleschoten sind ca. 17-22cm lang
Aroma: Intensiver Geschmack nach Vanille, würzig kräftig, süsse Duftnote
Farbe: dunkelbraun bis schwarz
Konsistenz: weich, füllig und ledrig
 

Verwendung:
Die Vanille eignet sich nicht nur hervorragend in Süssspeisen, sondern auch zu Krustentieren, Jakobsmuscheln, und vielen Fischarten zum Beispiel Saibling oder Lachs.
Auch in Gemüse wie Erbsen, Spargel, Süsskartoffel, Pastinaken oder auch zu Geflügel, Innereien, Käse. 
Auch zu Trüffelgerichten fügt sie eine elegante Note dazu.

Later that night minding my own business, the device is now rattling across the counter!!! Ran over to it, pushed the buttons and it won’t stop! After about 45 seconds it stopped. I recharge again because it died, and the sad thing is still asystolic.. (no pulse), dead, gone. What the??? So I don’t know what to tell you! It looks pretty! Updated: The company reached out to me and I received a replacement within 2-3 weeks. The new one is not possessed or dancing across the counter. Good power, 3 speeds, 2 attachments (which I seem to use without the power - such as mixing spices). Thank you for standing behind your product in a volatile economic time.
