Warum das so war und warum es auch wieder so werden kann, zeigt der Riesling Schwarzer Herrgott von Stephan und Georg Schwedhelm. Die Bden hier sind von Tonmergel geprgt, haben aber einen sehr hohen Kalkanteil. Die Fruchtaromen sind nicht klar zu trennen, was wohl auf die Bodenbeschaffenheit zurckzufhren ist:

Der Grand Cru aus dem Zellertal. Die Große Lage Schwarzer Herrgott ist die älteste Weinlage Deutschlands und war einst auch eine der berühmtesten. Warum das so war und warum es auch wieder so werden kann, zeigt der Riesling Schwarzer Herrgott von Stephan und Georg Schwedhelm. Die Böden hier sind von Tonmergel geprägt, haben aber einen sehr hohen Kalkanteil.

Die Fruchtaromen sind nicht klar zu trennen, was wohl auf die Bodenbeschaffenheit zurückzuführen ist: Apfel, grüne Früchte, aber auch Pfirsich paaren sich perfekt mit einer mega Mineralik und einem wunderschönen Hefearoma. Terroir! Ein Spitzenriesling!

Der Schwarze Herrgott ist geschichtlich das Gegenstück zum Wotanfels: Christliche Pilgerstätte vs. keltischer Opferstein.
