Füllen Sie den Topf bis zum Boden des Gitters mit Wasser und stellen es in einen dunklen Raum mit normaler Raumtemperatur (20-22 °C).Geben Sie jeden Tag frisches Wasser. Nach 5-8 Tagen können Sie die Sprossen essen (die dann 2-5 cm lang sind). Die Samen können das ganze Jahr über im Innenbereich gesät werden.
