Nase:

Im Duft ist er sehr präzise und würzig, wir finden Noten von Waldhimbeere, Walderdbeere, Unterholz, Sojasauce und Steinpilzen. Ein sehr fokussierter Roséchampagner, der ein echtes Umami Gefühl bereits im Duft vermittelt.

Gaumen:

Was der Champagne Zero Brut Nature Rosé Nase verspricht, hält er am Gaumen – sehr trocken, mit viel Würze und feiner Frucht zeigt er sich mit salziger Note und immenser Mineralität. Wunderbar anspruchsvoller Stil, weg von jeglichem Mainstream, perfekter Essensbegleiter mit einer harmonisch eingebundenen Kohlensäure, die den Gaumen aufs angenehmste fordert.

Zum Weingut:
Die Geschwister Mélanie und Benoît Tarlant betreiben dieses familiäre Traditionsweingut im Vallée de la Marne heute biologisch. Die Familie ist seit 1687 im Weinbau tätig. Jede der zahlreichen Parzellen wird separat vinifiziert und ausgebaut. Ca. fünfzig Prozent davon werden im Holzfass vergoren. Auf eine malolaktische Gärung wird bewusst verzichtet.

Als Basis dient der Jahrgang 2015 sowie ein hoher Anteil an Reserveweinen. Die Assemblage besteht aus 32% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Meunier sowie in Summe 4% der seltenen Petit Meslier, Arbanne und Pinot blanc. Nach fast sechs Jahren auf der Flasche wurde Zero Brut Nature im Februar 2021 degorgiert. Die Dosage ist bei null Gramm angegeben.
