Der Makita Akku BL1890 ist ein Lithium-Ionen-Akku mit 18 Volt Spannung und einer Kapazität von 9,0 Amperestunden. Er gehört zum LXT-System, das ein breites Sortiment an Maschinen und Gartengeräten mit 18 Volt- sowie 2x 18 Volt-Antrieb umfasst. Dieses System wächst stetig und bietet professionelles Werkzeug für jede Aufgabe. Der Akku verfügt über eine grüne Ladestandanzeige und lässt sich mit einem Schnellladegerät in nur 59 Minuten vollständig aufladen.
Das DC 18 RD ist ein Doppel Schnellladegerät von Makita womit 2 Akkus gleichzeitig geladen werden können. Das Schnellladegerät kann alle Akkus 14,4 V und 18 V aus dem LXT Akkusystem laden. Der übersichtliche Statusbereich auf dem Doppel Schnellladegerät gibt Informationen über den Ladestand des Akkus, die Bereitschaft des Schnellladegerätes oder über eine Störung. Nach einem erfolgreichen Ladevorgang ertönt optional eine Melodie, die angepasst werden kann. Makita ist ein führender Hersteller für Elektrowerkzeuge, der sich vor allem durch seine hohe Verarbeitungsqualität und sein riesiges 18 V Akkusystem auszeichnet.
