It's a game of deduction and adventure, set in a grim world shaped in the image of medieval Europe, with its legends, superstitions and fears coming to life. Take on the role of agents of a secret organization and investigate mysterious and exciting events. In this self-contained scenario, you find yourself in a sinister place marked by mysterious events. As you unravel its secrets, you meet people with uncomfortable fates, none of whom are faceless "observers." And some of your actions will determine their fate. Only you and the choices you make determine how events will ultimately unfold. Be careful and welcome to the Shelter!

During each turn, a player chooses one of the cards available that turn. These cards can represent a clue, a location, questioning witnesses, etc. Using the cards and special actions received during the investigation, a player discovers what really happened.

We recommend continuing with this scenario after you've completed the core Mortum Medieval Detective storyline. However, you can also play this as a standalone scenario, without even having the core game and knowing the plot.
