Mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 380 l bietet der Tiefkühlschrank sehr viel Platz für alle Vorräte, die Sie in Ihrem Gastronomiebetrieb zur Verfügung haben wollen. Die Schrankbauweise hat den Vorteil, dass Sie den Innenraum optimal nutzen können. Dafür stehen Ihnen gleich sieben Einlagen zur Verfügung. Für größere Portionen können die 30 kg tragenden Einschübe auch entnommen werden.Der eingebaute Kompressor arbeitet mit 425 W und sorgt damit für ein schnelles Erreichen der Zieltemperatur. Die jeweilige Wunschtemperatur kann dabei individuell mithilfe eines digitalen Displays an dem Gefrierschrank eingestellt werden und erlaubt so, den Kühlungsgrad zwischen -18 °C und -16 °C an unterschiedliche Lebensmittel anzupassen. Müssen Sie das Gerät abtauen, können Sie die Abtauautomatik über das digitale Display aktivieren. Mit seinem robusten Edelstahlgehäuse und einer Innenverkleidung aus beschichtetem Stahl garantiert der Gefrierschrank eine hohe Stabilität und Langlebigkeit. I returned it the next day so I didn't try it out or take pictures. In the future, though, I'm now more willing to pay more for better quality.
