Farbe: schillerndes Strohgelb
Nase: Sanft und fast verhalten öffnet er sich mit einer dezenten Süße und Noten von Vanille und Zitronenschale. Im Ausdruck kraftvoll getreidig-malzig und entwickelt mit der Zeit einen ausgewogenen Duft nach Veilchen und feinem Karamell, Minze und auch Schokolade.
Gaumen: feiner, runder Schmelz mit einer saftigen Süße nach Muskatnuss, Quittengelée aber auch Steinobst und gedörrte Marille
Nachklang: klingt fein und zart nach – Honig, Karamell oder Toffeefee. Bleibt sanft liegen, ist zugänglich und sehr fokussiert – klar strukturiert.
