Produktmerkmale und Installation

Im Lieferumfang des Tankring Basic ist neben dem Ring selbst auch ein anpassbarer Gegenhalter enthalten, der abhängig von der spezifischen Tankform und dem Einschlagwinkel des Lenkers montiert wird. Die Montage des Tankrings beeinträchtigt nicht die Zugänglichkeit des Tankdeckels, dieser lässt sich auch bei angebrachtem Ring problemlos öffnen.

Unterschiede zu anderen Tankring-Systemen

Der Basic Tankring unterscheidet sich von dem Lock-it System hauptsächlich durch die Art der Verriegelung. Während der Basic Tankring rein mechanisch arbeitet, unterstützen beim Lock-it System zusätzliche Magnete die Zentrierung des Rucksacks. Beide Systeme verwenden jedoch denselben modellspezifischen Metallring.

Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass Tankrucksäcke und Gegenhalter innerhalb desselben Systems kompatibel sein müssen, um eine korrekte Funktion zu gewährleisten. Ein Tankrucksack mit Lock-it Gegenhalter ist nicht mit einem Basic Tankring kompatibel und umgekehrt.
