Beschreibung

Ein guter Burger ist etwas Besonderes. 

Simpel ist nicht einfach: Was muss ein klassischer Burger alles haben um vollständig zu sein? Wie kann man ergänzen, austauschen, verbessern?

Diese und weitere Fragen wollen wir in diesem Kurs gemeinsam bearbeiten. 
Jede teilnehmende Person arbeitet an einem der Rezepte und am Ende wird gemeinsam genossen, ausgetauscht und ergänzt, was man ggf. nicht mitbekommen hat. 

So erwartet euch ein kompakter Kurs mit viel Auswahl und einem schönen Abend mit leckerem Ergebnis!

 

Was erwartet euch?

Ein Kochkurs über 4-5 Stunden. 

Wir nehmen euch freundlich in Empfang, lernen uns in Ruhe kennen und dann gehts ans Gerät!
In der Kochwerkstatt verteilen wir uns auf die Rezepte und arbeiten gemeinsam an einem leckeren Ergebnis für alle!

- Der Klassische Burger: Brioche, Patty, Burgersauce, Salat, Tomate, Essigurke
- Saucenvariationen: z.B. Walnuss-Gorgonzola mit Rucola und Cherrytomate oder Mangochutney mit Acocadoscheiben. 
- der vegetarische Burger: Hexenwerk oder Augenöffner? Neue Genüsse entdecken
- Beilagen mal anders. Hassleback-Kartoffeln, Gemüse in Tempeh-Teig oder Grünkohlsalat? Es gibt viel zu entdecken. 
- Raum für viele Fragen! Wir können an einem Abend nicht alles abdecken, was es zu entdecken gibt. Aber wir können darüber reden! Bringt eure Fragen mit, wir beantworten was wir können!

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
