The ruffle around the top and the nice detailed knit pattern make them very cute! The fabric is stretchy and comfortable. Mostly cotton, they did seem to shrink a little bit in the wash (I machine-washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low) but they are stretchy enough that they still fit my size 8 feet just fine. See photo, brown are new, blue have gone through the wash.
