Der wendige Rasenmäher zum Mulchen

Mit seinen 31 kg und 47 cm Schnittbreite eignet sich der AS 470 ProClip 4T Mulchmäher perfekt für Ausputzarbeiten. Mit seinen 5,7 PS Maximalleistung ist der handliche Mulchmäher für alle Einsätze gerüstet. Der Briggs & Stratton Motor sorgt nicht nur für ausreichend Leistung, sondern durch seine um 180 Grad gedrehte Montage auch für ein exzellentes Handling durch eine ausgewogene Gewichtsverteilung. Zusätzlich verfügt der AS 470 ProClip 4T über eine dritte Kurbelwellenlagerung, die in Kombination mit den Reibscheiben am Mulchmesser den Motor bestmöglich vor Kollissionen schützt, wenn ein Hindernis nicht rechtzeitig erkannt wird. Die verzinkte Stahl-Mulchglocke mit verstärktem Rand sorgt für eine lange Lebensdauer und gewährleistet auch unter schwierigen Bedingungen Robustheit und Einsatzsicherheit.
Die doppelt kugelgelagerten Vorder- und Hinterräder sorgen für ein leichtgängiges und einfaches Handling des Mulchmähers. Die extra schmalen Vorderräder drücken durch ihre Form möglichst wenig Gras um, sodass alles gemäht werden kann und ein gleichmäßiges Schnittbild entsteht. Durch die federunterstützte, zentrale Schnitthöheneinstellung lassen sich die 5 Schnitthöhen von 40 – 80 mm sowohl per Fuß als auch per Hand mühelos einstellen. Mulchmäher sparen Zeit und Geld.

Die tiefe Mulchglocke und das spezielle Mulchmesser sorgen für ein perfektes Mulchergebnis

Das Mulchmesser schneidet bis zu 18 cm hohes Gras sauber ab und erzeugt gleichzeitig einen Luftstrom der das Schnittgut gleichmäßig in der Mulchglocke verwirbelt. Durch die Verwirbelung der Grashalme und das mit drei Schnittkanten versehene Mulchmesser wird das Gras mehrmals zerkleinert und zerfasert. Das zerfaserte Mähgut fällt nahezu unsichtbar in die Grasnarbe zurück und schützt den Rasen durch die entstandene Mulchschicht vor schneller Austrocknung. Vorteil: Eine bis zu 30% ige Zeitersparnis gegenüber Fangsackmähern, da kein Stoppen und Entleeren des Fangsacks nötig ist. Ebenso entfällt der Kosten- und Zeitaufwand für das Entsorgen des Schnittgutes.
