However, those sounds are nothing compared to the blood-curdling screams of anguish caused by the evil brand of medical "care" the Rachet Lady provides to the asylum's residents and staff. What do you do when the maniacs come?

The Ratchet Lady is in the mood. She performs her own kind of therapy on the victims, turning them into bloodthirsty maniacs. You will have to decide whether you want to calm them down or kill them before they can kill you. But the only way to truly stop them is to take down the Ratchet Lady herself.

To outsiders, Wolfe Asylum appears innocent and like a typical mental institution. Inside is something completely different. It contains drugs and other drugs that can, let's say, enhance your abilities. But at what price? If the choice is death or a possible side effect, it's really not a choice at all.
