Beschreibung:

SDV Chemie KETTENSCHMIERUNG ist ein hochviskoses, gut haftendes Spezialschmiermittel mit Additiven gegen Verschleiß und Korrosion. Es eignet sich insbesondere für stark beanspruchte mechanische Teile wie Zahnräder, Schneckengetriebe, Rollen, Lager, Gleitschienen oder Antriebsketten. Es ist O-Ring-verträglich und bildet eine dauerhafte, zäh-elastische, druckfeste Schmierung, die nicht verharzt, festbrennt oder bei Kälte versprödet. Beständig gegen Salzwasser und Temperaturen von -30°C bis +200°C einsetzbar. Flexibel einsetzbar in vielen Bereichen der Industrie, z.B. bei Antrieben von Transport- und Fördertechnikanlagen oder in der Fahrzeugtechnik sowie bei Torantrieben uvm.

Verarbeitung:
Alte Schmierstoffreste mit SDV Chemie INDUSTRIEREINIGER, bei sehr starker Verschmutzung mit Bürste oder Spachtel entfernen. Dosen kräftig schütteln. Aus ca. 25 cm Entfernung Material aufsprühen. Nach dem Ablüften des Lösungsmittels entsteht ein gut haftender Schmierfilm (Eindringdauer beachten). Je nach Einsatzgebiet und -ort, sollte dieser Vorgang in selbst zu ermittelten Intervallen wiederholt werden, um ein Trockenlaufen und somit erhöhten Verschleiß zu verhindern.
