Tread — Selection

Polyurethane MDI — High-quality MDI polyurethane, abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, and with good damping properties. Economical choice for medium to high loads. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.

Vulkollan® — Premium elastomer from Covestro, highest load capacity with elastic running, extremely abrasion-resistant, capable of continuous loads. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.

Core Material: Steel S355 (bright)

Structural steel S355 with minimum yield strength of 355 N/mm², good machinability, high strength. Standard material for driven industrial wheels.

Driven flanged wheels for AGVs, AGV drives, gantry cranes, trolleys, motor-driven chassis, and all applications with form-fitting shaft connections.
