Das Gewebe besteht zu 100 % aus recycelten PET-Flaschen. Je nach Teppichgröße sind zwischen 640 und 2400 Flaschen verarbeitet. Durch eine offene Webart kann die Luft zirkulieren, sodass der Teppich schnell trocknet und unempfindlich gegen Nässe ist. Zur Reinigung eignet sich ein feuchtes Tuch und leichtes Reinigungsmittel. Bei hartnäckigen Verschmutzungen können die betroffenen Stellen auch mit einem Gartenschlauch gereinigt werden. Danach trocknet der Teppich am besten in der Sonne, denn dank der UV-Beständigkeit hält der Outdoorteppich verschiedenen Witterungen problemlos stand.
