Der PROFI Doppelmesserbalken mit 132 CM Arbeitsbreite von Grillo ist für den anspruchsvollen Einsatz konzipiert und überzeugt durch eine saubere und vibrationsarme Arbeitsweise. Durch seine Bauweise eignet er sich ideal für RUSTIKALE FLÄCHEN, OBSTGÄRTEN sowie die HEUGEWINNUNG.

Der Mähbalken arbeitet mit ZWEI GEGENLÄUFIGEN MESSERN, die im sogenannten Scherenschnitt arbeiten. Diese Technik reduziert die Schwingungen am Lenkholm deutlich und sorgt gleichzeitig für ein ERSTKLASSIGES SCHNITTBILD unter verschiedensten Bedingungen. Zusätzlich verfügt der Mähantrieb über ein ÖLBAD, was für eine zuverlässige Schmierung und lange Lebensdauer sorgt.

Die schwingende Kunststoffabdeckung des Mähantriebs ist auf ANTIVIBRIER ELEMENTEN montiert und besitzt ein spezielles Profil. Dadurch wird das Mähgut auch bei dichtem und langem Gras sauber NACH HINTEN AUSGEWORFEN und über die Räder LINKS UND RECHTS ABGELEGT, was die Grasbeförderung deutlich verbessert.

Die Messer bestehen aus THERMISCH BEHANDELTEM STAHL und sind auf hohe Belastung ausgelegt. Die FLEXIBLEN SELBSTNACHSTELLENDEN MESSERDRÜCKER nach dem Busatis Austria System bestehen aus elastischem Material und sorgen dauerhaft für eine optimale Haftung der beiden Messer.
