Die 2015er Cuvée du Goulté ist ein flüssiges Monument der Champagner-Geschichte. Marie-Noëlle Ledru, weltweit als Ikone des handwerklichen Winzerchampagers (Grower Champagne) verehrt, hat diesen Wein mit kompromissloser Handarbeit kreiert. Da sie ihre Produktion nach der Ernte 2016 endgültig eingestellt hat, gehört dieser 2015er zu den allerletzten Jahrgängen, die dieses legendäre Weingut je verlassen haben. Jede Flasche ist eine streng limitierte, im Wert kontinuierlich steigende Rarität.
Die Cuvée du Goulté ist das unangefochtene Flaggschiff des Hauses. Sie wird zu 100 % aus Pinot Noir von den besten Grand-Cru-Parzellen in Ambonnay gewonnen. Der extrem rare Jahrgang 2015 vereint die typische, kraftvolle Dichte des warmen Weinjahres mit der messerscharfen, kreidigen Eleganz, für die Ledru weltweit berühmt ist.
- Im Glas: Intensiv leuchtendes Strohgelb mit goldenen Reflexen und einer ultrafeinen, extrem langanhaltenden Perlage.
- In der Nase: Tiefgründig und hochelegant. Reife rote Beeren, Weinbergpfirsich und getrocknete Orangenschalen, perfekt verwoben mit Noten von frisch gebackener Brioche, gerösteten Mandeln und der typisch rauchig-salzigen Kalkmineralität Ambonnays.
- Am Gaumen: Monumental und packend. Die enorme Kraft, Struktur und Saftigkeit des Pinot Noir wird von einer lebendigen, präzisen Säure perfekt balanciert. Das Finale ist spektakulär lang, vibrierend und endet auf einer feinen, salzigen Kreidenote.
- Rebsorte: 100 % Pinot Noir (Blanc de Noirs) aus Grand-Cru-Lagen in Ambonnay.
- Philosophie: Rigorose Handarbeit im Weinberg, Verzicht auf Herbizide. Spontangärung mit wilden Hefen im Edelstahltank für maximale Terroir-Reinheit (kein Holzeinsatz).

Cute book and engaging story
Format: Paperback
My grand daughter reads at a 3rd grade reading level, so doesn't want to read the easy readers but loses interest easily with traditional chapter books. This little book was a perfect fit. She's an axolotl fan so the pictures and the story line kept her engaged. There's even a couple of pages of axolotl facts at the end of the book. Well worth adding to her book shelf!

Quick, fun read
Format: Kindle
I purchased this because my son and I have been raising 2 albino axolotls since 2022.
The illustrations are very cute and well done. The story includes a few characters and even though it's so short, there is clear character development.
I would recommend this for children under the age of 8 to be read to. With repetition, they will easily be able to read this book (apart from those with reading challenges).
My 12 year old read it through in one sitting and added his own unique reading style to it which was really funny.
I wouldn't recommend reading this on a small screen as the font is small.
