Das Kreide Temperafarben Set eignet sich für matte Anstriche auf unbehandelten Holzoberflächen im Innenbereich. Es wird u.a. für Shabby Chic Effekte auf Möbeln und für Anstriche in gering beanspruchten Bereichen verwendet wie Decken, Wandvertäfelungen, Balken.

Diese Oberflächen haben eine geringere Belastbarkeit als z.B. mit Lacken beschichtete Oberflächen. Durch eine Nachbehandlung mit KREIDEZEIT Saflor Lappenwachs wird der Anstrich für mäßig beanspruchte Objekte ausreichend geschützt. Bei Decken, Wandvertäfelungen, Balken ist eine Behandlung mit Wachs in der Regel nicht notwendig.

    Volldeklaration

    Marmormehle, Kreide, Titanweiß, Kasein, Porzellanerde, Soda, Methylcellulose, Safloröl

    Holzoberflächen wurden früher im Innenbereich häufig auch mit Temperafarben gestrichen. Temperafarben sind Emulsionen aus wässrigem Bindemittel, z.B. Kasein, und Ölanteilen, wobei das Kasein einen sehr guten Emulgator darstellt.
    KREIDEZEIT Kreide Temperafarbe ist eine Kaseintempera. Kaseintempera eignet sich besser für Holzanstriche als reine Kaseinfarbe, da der Ölanteil die Haftung verbessert und vor allem die Farbe etwas flexibler macht, ähnlich wie ein Weichmacher. Eine gewisse Flexibilität ist bei Holzanstrichen wichtig, da Holz quillt und schwindet.

    Can't hurt him
    Format: Paperback
    I've had many conversations with different people about Goggins, and I would have to say it's been a near 50|50 split of people supporting him and people having issues with him. Here I will address the motivational aspect of the book: The transformation Goggins went through from his lowest of low points to his highs are extremely admirable. He had a rough start and numerous setbacks that would've been a decent reason to keep his way of life as it was, but he felt stagnant. So he decided to change it but going after one of the hardest things you can do- prepping for Seal training. Here I will address the methodology of his motivation: In short, to become a Seal isn't a mere accident. It is 100% intentful. 100% a team required feat and effort. In some instances of the book, Goggins mentions he struggled with some of his peers, maybe even head-butting ideology where he may have gone solo on some things or didn't quite agree with how a team was being run. He has his own self reflections on this various incidents. However, what I would like to note is that the self-reflection exists (*I listened to the audiobook as well which offered other insight not part of the book). I believe if you take what is necessary from the book: the motivation, the coaching, the curiosity or whatever you can get get out of the book that is a positive influence then that's great! There are plenty of people who do not like Goggins and because of that bias, they don't give credit to the content of his book. I would say, be an educated reader/consumer. There is always something to be learned/gained from other people's lives and experiences.
