Aus den frischen, jungen Blttern wird unser hochwertiger Shincha hergestellt. Die Besonderheit liegt in der dreiwchigen berschattung der Pflanzen. Sie knnen in dieser Zeit besonders viel Chlorophyll bilden und so ein wunderschnes, tiefgrnes Blatt und einen ausgeprgten Umami Charakter entwickeln. Der Cultivar Asanoka bedeutet bersetzt Duft des Morgens.

Mit dem Beginn des Frühlings und steigenden Temperaturen fangen auch die Teepflanzen an zu sprießen. Aus den frischen, jungen Blättern wird unser hochwertiger Shincha hergestellt. Die Besonderheit liegt in der dreiwöchigen Überschattung der Pflanzen. Sie können in dieser Zeit besonders viel Chlorophyll bilden und so ein wunderschönes, tiefgrünes Blatt und einen ausgeprägten Umami Charakter entwickeln. Der Cultivar Asanoka bedeutet übersetzt „Duft des Morgens“. Das sehr frühe Bilden seiner Knospen und der weiche Charakter eignen sich bestens für die Frühlingsernte.

Eine grüne Tasse und ein milder Geschmack erfreuen die Sinne.

Fertigpackungen, prettea.

Zubereitung: 1-1.5TL pro 200ml bei 60-70°C, 60-120 Sekunden.

Erneuter Aufguss: bei 70°C für 10-30 Sekunden ziehen lassen.

Zutaten: grüner Tee.

Charakter Umami, langanhaltend, weich.

Pflückung: April.

Anbaugebiet: Kagoshima, Satsuma, Gumyo, Japan.

Don't Bother Unless You Have Something The Size of a Chihuahua
