Das Instinct 10.4 ist für den Einsatz auf fliessenden Gewässern entwickelt worden. Die breite Front bietet hohe Stabilität in den Wellen und der schmalere Verlauf der Outline gegen das Heck hin und die ausgeprägte Rockerline sorgen für Wendigkeit. Die Breite von 88cm und die Dicke von 15cm sorgen für viel Volumen und bietet auch schwereren Fahrern eine gute Gleit- und Manövrierfähigkeit. Die grosse EVA Standfläche ist mit einem mittleren Prägemuster für den Gebrauch mit Schuhen ausgestattet. Das Board ist mit vier 65mm Soft-Fins ausgestattet plus einer removable 210mm Standard-Hard-Fin. Optional kann auch die Season Standard Flex Fin eingesetzt werden. Das Board kann somit auch bei Niedrigwasser gefahren werden, ohne die Gefahr das Finnen brechen. Unsere Teamfahrer nutzen das Board auch nur mit den Soft-Fins auf kleineren Gewässern. Das Gepäcknetz hat 6 D-Ringe um Zusatzgepäck sicher verstauen zu können. Das Instinct ist in Double Layer Fusion Technologie gebaut und ist relativ leicht und äusserst robust.

Loud! Just Like She Likes It

My Great Dane loves this noisy toy. She prefers squeaky toys with loud, unusual squeakers. (I need to invest in earplugs.) She's not an agressuve chewer or rough player so this should last a long time. Like most squeaky toys she has, the squeaker wears out before the physical toy does and once the noise is gone she won't play with it any more. If others have a similar issue...check with your local animal shelter. Some (not all) will disinfect used toys for the dogs in their care.

Fun while it lasts…

Fun while it lasts. Doesn’t last very long. This is our third one and last maybe a few weeks. The part that makes noise comes detached inside which causes to toy to no longer make noise, but also can be dangerous if it comes out.

Great alternative to the grunting pigs!

We go through A LOT of dog toys at my dog based business. The grunting pigs are super cute, but they are also super fragile. It is incredibly easy to dislodge the squeaker. (Grunter?) These are certainly not robust chew toys, but the squeaker is about 30% better at staying put than that of the pigs. It's also smaller, so it's easier for the smaller dogs to play with. These are a new favorite!
Update: August, 2024 I bought an orange hedgehog. Amazon won't let me review that separately so I had to add to my sheep review. The orange hedgehog is only 3 stars. It is made of a harder plastic than the bear and the sheep. It also has a standard squeaker, not the grunting of the bear and sheep. But harder plastic DOES NOT mean that it will withstand an aggressive chewer! If your dog likes to "kill the squeaker" they will be able to do so in minutes! This IS NOT a chew toy! If you are looking for a toy for an aggressive chewer, look at the Orbeez line from Outward Hound. The other thing that makes me less enthusiastic about the orange hedgehog is that the yellow paint started flaking off immediately. I will have to scrub it all off because it looks terrible! The dogs don't care, but their owners sure do! I haven't had that problem with the sheep or the bears. The orange hedgehog is almost like it's from a completely different company!
